This is a tiny photo. Why? I don't know. I lifted it from my nieces facebook and then I told her. She said it was okay. I should have asked why she made it so tiny. Is she punishing me or something?! So now you've met Alan, Monica (yes, she swears A LOT on her FB ~ we're all a bunch of sailors), Amanda, Alison, Mom, Laur and Cailee. Only about 50 more to go! And yes, I buried Alan down below. I couldn't come here and see his face every time I logged on.
~
Just so you know, Monica is in college and I think 19. She's a sweetie and a bit of a reble!

Monica, love you darling and thanks.

Compare her photo with the one on your sidebar of you holding the cat and the family resemblance is amazing! Of course, she is older than you, right!? haha! Nice to see you again!

Thanks Otin. How kind of you. She's very lovely and although not older, probably more mature! I like how she puts her hand on her hip like me. That cracked me up.

Nice to see you again too. I visited your blog this afternoon but didn't comment. You had Rob and me in stitches! God you're funny. I'll be back.

19 is the age for small pictures that one doesn't need glasses to see, college and being a rebel!

Hi Suzanne,

Hope you're healing well and have no pain from your ankle. Your niece is off in college. They grow up fast. My son is a junior in college this year. Time certainly flies.

Best wishes to all,

Skeeter

Jo,

I'm so glad you and Helen were able to meet Kylie. What fun. I ejoyed the photos.

My ankle is still nasty and unfortunately I'm not able to stay off it. Too much to do around here and only one of me. I see the doctor on the 8th for an exam and to have more x-rays. Wish me luck.

Love you, and thanks for always stopping by. Hugs to the family. XOXOXOXOXO

TWM,

Remember when we didn't need glasses! She's a great kid. She's matured a lot in the past few years. It'll be fun to see what the future holds. ;)

Cece,

I know. It's hard. The house feels so empty without him. T-Bone just walked in the office and I didn't hear his nails on the hardwood floor so turned around to see why. He's up on the Macy's sofa (yes, I moved the Macy's sofa into my office/studio). That's too funny. He doesn't get up there too often, so I know he's in a funk too and wants to be where Alan's been. He found one of Alan's tank tops yesterday and carries it all around with him and even takes it to bed. Too funny. We'll all get past this, but right now it feels as if we're mourning the loss or something. It hurts. We miss him terribly. But you know what? I wouldn't have missed this for the world. The past month was a gift.

You can always, call, text, email or facebook him. Plus we're all still Mofia partners! I'm not playing currently, but I may again one day.

Love you. Thanks for making his visit such a blast. He adores you and Giggie. XO

Skeeter,

My ankle isn't healing so well. I'm in a walking boot up to my knee after 5-6 weeks of the hard cast, but I'm still in a lot of pain. It's a long process, especially because I don't rest it enough. I'll be in the boot for 1-2 more months.

Yes, they do grow up so fast. It's amazing, isn't it. Her brother is in school in Rochester and I imagine attending the same college your son attends. It isn't as if Rochester has a slew of options! When your son gets through with undergrad what's he plan to do? Monica's only a freshman, so I'm not clear what she want to do. Tommy's a junior and will probably go to grad school. He seems like a pretty motivated guy.

Nice to see you here again my dear friend. Hope all is well in your neck of the woods.

XO
