- I live in Northern California with my hubby, our kitties, our dog and three goldfish. I'm a roseaholic and grow lots and lots. I'm also an artist and paint large canvases of usually...you guessed it, roses. I love gardening, architecture, animals, nature, and life in general. I especially love Mother Earth, digging in the soil, planting something and watching as she encourages it to grow.

Actually with a mop pole places in the proper orifice this would make a great dust mop. It would even fit underneath the beds.

About my current condition...I can honestly say I've had better years. I catch my reflection in the mirror and say "YOU CAN'T BE SERIOUS!" Rob was here today and I said "Honey, how am I ever going to get a date with this scar?" He replied, "Just walk out the door." Hummmmmmmmmmmm. What? A blind man will be standing there?

Phatty's the best. I rescued her from the park and love her to bits. I was just telling TWM she's all fur. She really is. I've had to cut some of it to lighen her load! You'll appreciate this. Her hair collects EVERYTHING. At the park I used to call her "Velcro." That was actually almost her name.
I hope you get the sound back on your computer soon. Please do listen and take the advice I gave to RC as well, listen to Amos Lee. You won't regret it. Love you sweetie.

Have you ever been on Facebook? I was dragged there kicking and screaming. I refused to go because I didn't have the time nor the interest. My nephew convinced me to try. I did. I can honestly say I have a love/hate relationship. I love it, I really do, but I can't figure out for the life of me how to find time for it when I can't even find time to blog. So I also hate it!!! Trust me, you'll love/hate it too!!! Visit me over there. All our friends are there and then some. Frankly, I think you'll meet my entire high school class and my family if you can avoid being sucked up in Mafia Wars or that damn farm game. Jeeeeeeeeez

Mr. Shife! Alan and I follow you. He's actually a fan. Oh, me too!!! We loved the most recent photo of Baby Shife at the football game.
I told Alan tonight I might not facebook or anything else, just blog. He seemed pained and said and I quote..."Rosecottage..." as if it was almost too painful to say. I told him he'd have to visit me there. HA! I'm not seeing it yet. You know what that means don't you? I'm going to have to facebook for Alan. *Aunt Suzy rolls eyes in head.* Then he said "Aunt Suzy can you message my back." His mom is a message therapist, so I expect this sort of stuff. I'm very good at what I do although I don't have a degree or license. He's sleeping. My work is done.
